Warranty
The warranty period is two years from the date of shipment. If the contract stipulates the warranty period, it should be carried out following the contract.
Free Services
Failure of the LED modules, cables and connectors, failure of the control system, or failure of spare parts and equipment agreed upon in the contract under warranty period.
The failure items should return to the factory for repair.
Charge services
- Failures caused by improper installation.
- Failures caused by human error.
- Failures caused by natural disasters.
- On-site installation guidance, on-site maintenance and training.
- Repair of out-of-warranty LED display products.
